Tips for Testifying
The GOP voted last session that you cannot testify via Zoom, therefore verbal testimony must be in person. You can, however, make your voice heard by submitting your position online as early as a week before a hearing.
In person: Go early to the room assigned for the committee hearing. There will be a form (or, in the House a pink card) to sign your name and who you are representing if you wish to speak. You may sign in as yourself if you are not representing an organization. The higher your name is on the list, the earlier you get to speak. You will be called on when they open the hearing to the public.
